Koi Kicks

Continuing his explorations in systems and hybridity, Jonathan Wakuda Fischer enters the supernatural world of Japanese folklore. Jonathan was gracious enough to take time out from preparing for his upcoming art exhibit to make these Koi Kicks. These Kois symbolize resilience, giving the wearer strength to take that next step in the 1,000 mile journey.

Check out more of his incredible, colorful work at The Art Xchange gallery in Seattle fromĀ  August 23 through Sept 29th, 2012.
